CASEARTECH CSKD16 is a portable thermometer used during cooking phase, available in °R or °C and equipped with a solid probe, which ensures high performances with quick responses.
The stainless steel 316 temperature probe is food grade approved.
CASEARTECH CSKD16 is ideal for checking the milk pre-warming and for controlling the temperatures during the curd phase.
The off-set function allows to modify the set temperature and to adjust the temperature of all the thermometers in the cheese factory. It allows also correcting the differences between thermometers and compound instruments.
